Terms & Conditions

By booking a charter with Capt Gonzo Charters, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip.
All prices are for a private charter (the boat is yours exclusively for the booked time).

2. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Weather & Safety

Capt Gonzo Charters reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unsafe weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather, you will be offered a full reschedule or refund of the deposit.

4. Passenger Responsibility

All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for safety reasons. Capt Gonzo Charters is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or reckless behavior.

5. Alcohol & Conduct

Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol (BYOB). However, excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in the trip being terminated early without refund.

6. Liability Waiver

All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding. By booking, you acknowledge that boating and water activities carry inherent risks.

7. Captain’s Authority

The captain has full authority over the vessel and trip itinerary. The captain may alter the route or return to dock early if conditions or guest behavior require it.

8. Limitation of Liability

Capt Gonzo Charters’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the charter. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
