Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

•

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit.

•

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit.

•

No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

•

If Capt Gonzo Charters must cancel due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
